Profile Sailing Cup 2008 - 16th - 17th September
Now in its second year, Profile Sailing, Britannia Corporate Events and ondeck Sailing are delighted to announce the PROFILE SAILING CUP 2008, the leading sporting and business event for the hospitality, travel and tourism sector.
The regatta will take place on the 16th and 17th September and is the only sailing event organised specifically for companies working in this sector.
We are confident that all those participating in the Profile Sailing Cup will find it a valuable way to raise their awareness and network within the industry, entertain clients and reward employees.
We are delighted to announce a line up of confirmed entries from The Dorchester, Mandarin Oriental, Claridge's, The Royal Automobile Club, The Eton Group, Jumeirah, The Langham, Small Luxury Hotels, Casna Group and Profile this year.
We also greatly appreciate the continued support our lifestyle partners Corum Watches, Old Pulteney Malt Whisky, The Dorchester, Fat Face and Aspen Group.
We are also excited to announce the Royal Yacht Squadron Pavillion in Cowes as our venue for the regatta prize giving dinner with Robin Aisher OBE as our guest of honour.

Up to 20 Beneteau First 40.7s are available; the 40.7 is one of the most popular cruiser racers on the market and provides exhilarating sailing without the need for a team of professional sailors, although each yacht will have an experienced skipper and crew provided, safety being of prime importance. With its resolutely modern design, the First 40.7 is a true pleasure to sail on; the beautiful hull lines, clean deck layout, and comfortable interior all add up to a fast and functional yacht
Please do not hesitate to let us know should you require any further information; otherwise please contact Simon Boulding at Britannia Corporate Events as early as possible to reserve your entry as we are restricted in the number of boats available.

The inaugural Profile Sailing Cup held on the 10th and 11th July, with over 80 hotel professionals finding their sea legs caused quite a stir!
Congratulations to The Dorchester, The Berkeley, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park and Profile Recruitment for their podium places over the two days of racing and to all the other competitors including the Eton Collection, Jumeirah and Small Luxury Hotels of the World who thoroughly enjoyed some exhilarating racing and good partying!
Cocktails and dinner at the Royal Corinthian Club in Cowes with a talk by Phil Sharp, one of the UK’s rising sailing stars was followed by a charity auction which raised over £3000 for Sail4Cancer.
